It all began in 2004

   Two brothers joined together and  Ducharme Bros. Design Ltd  Furniture Framing was born. We have worked in the furniture building industry for over 35 years. 

   We started by building hardwood frames for local furniture companies and shortly after we expanded to building frames by Cad Design.

In 2006 we started a new adventure

   Our Crating Custom Crating and Packaging Division was born.

   All of our crates can be custom fitter with Styrofoam to protect your cargo from rubbing against the wood.

   In this case add two inches to the inside dimensions for one inch of foam all around your item. In cases where your item has odd angles or voids, we can custom fit foam to protect your items and provide blocking to hold everything in place.

In 2008 we took on another adventure

   We expanded our framing furniture to offer Full Upholstery Services.

   Our Full Upholstery Service has grown to offer the best custom built furniture, draperies, spring tied webbing added, regluing of frames, touch up of wood, restyling, rebuilding, arm cops, throw pillows, new cushions (foam, down, sprints), antiques refurbished, upholstered, new padding added, fabric scotchguarded and professional tailoring.
